It’s not clear to me when I actually became fascinated with flight, but I began my aviation adventure in 1970. I did most of my flight training in Stratford, CT at Bridgeport Municipal Airport .
I had owned and operated a sign manufacturing and an advertising company servicing the Northeast. I am fortunate to have retired early and now I am able to devote time to flight instructing.
I split my time between New Fairfield, CT in the summer and Palm Beach Gardens during the winter months. While in Connecticut, I am active with The Angel Flight program as well as the Connecticut Civil Air Patrol, where I am an instructor pilot, mission pilot and check pilot.
I own an Aeronca Champ and conduct regular flight instruction in many tailwheel aircraft. I am extremely grateful to be part of the general aviation community.
In 2007, I began instructing with SunQuest Aviation. It was their professional approach and friendly atmosphere that drew me to SunQuest …and it keeps me here today.
I regularly attend FAA, AOPA and WINGS sponsored flight seminars and I am currently studying for my ATP rating. I enjoy the constant and ongoing learning that piloting and flight instructing demands.
There is one thing I firmly believe....that is, no one is ever too old to learn.
Therefore, continuous learning is the essence of a proficient pilot….no matter what level.
I look forward to meeting you, to take a flight aloft and begin your adventure in aviation. |
